As an essential service provider, we have made internal changes to keep our team and you, our customers, safe.
We continue to enhance our measures to ensure the health and safety of our team members, their families, and our community. Our team closely monitors the guidelines and information for COVID-19 provided by the CDC, state, and local governments and creates internal policies based on those recommendations.
Many states have enacted protections like Michigan’s Stay Home, Stay Safe executive order, limiting operations for non-essential business and shifting many to work from home. As a critical supporter of waste collection, we support essential operations and contribute to the raw minerals supply chain. All online orders are being processed as normal but may see delayed shipping times due to the current demand on delivery service providers.
